Like you affect us equally the corona pandemic. The news and scenarios change almost every hour and the expression "dynamic development" gets an unprecedented meaning.

We would like to inform you about which actions we have taken and implemented to ensure an ongoing supply for you as our customers or business partners.

• As a first action, we at ONSYSTEM technic have implemented a completely independent two shift operation since last week.
  You can now reach us from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• We do everything we can to ensure that our employees stay safe and healthy and we all follow the relevant recommendations!
• We increased our stock level already in order to prevent dependence on our suppliers for the next weeks and months.
• Additionally, we are in contact with our suppliers and service providers regularly to ensure the supply chains.
• Already Telephone conferences and from latest next week Skype conferences are available for external communication.
• That means we can discuss application questions as well via video on Skype. You can send us your task (and sample parts if necessary), we will develop solutions and processes for you and demonstrate them to you via Skype video as well.
  Almost same as we are "LIVE" at your production!

Even with all our efforts, we cannot offer an 100% delivery guarantee at this time and therefore kindly ask our customers to place orders early and plan certain security stock as well to avoid problems due to the corona virus that could affect their business!
